Ingredients

  1. 250 Gram chicken
  2. 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  3. 1 Tsp Salt or as per your taste
  4. 3/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  5. 1 Tsp Red chili powder
  6. 3/4 Coriander Powder
  7. 1/2 Tsp Amchur Powder
  8. 1 Tsp Pepper Powder
  9. 1 Bay Leaf
  10. 1 Star
  11. 4 Cloves
  12. 1 Cinnamon stick
  13. 200 Gram Curd
  14. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  15. 1 Finely chopped Onion
  16. 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
  17. Coriander Leaves for garnish

  • Take a bowl and add 250 Gram chicken
  • Add 1 Tsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste or 1 Tsp, 3/4 Tsp turmeric powder,1 Tsp red chili powder, 3/4 Tsp coriander powder,1/2 Tsp Amchur powder , 1 Tsp pepper powder, 1 Bay leaf, 1 star, 4 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, and add 200 gram curd, 1 tsp lemon juice and mix it well.
  • Rest 15 minutes for marinate chicken.
  • Heat a pan , and add 1 finely chopped onion and stir it well
  • Now add marinated chicken ad mix it well
  • Close the lid and cook it for 15 minutes on low flame.
  • After 15 minutes open the pan lid and once again stir it.
  • Now add crushed Kasuri methi 1 Tsp and add green coriander leaves for garnish
  • Mix it well and cook it for few seconds
  • Turn off the gas flame. Diet - simple, easy chicken gravy is ready to serve.










































                                              

                                         




     Tips for No - Oil cooking

    1. Cook in non - stick cookware and keep the gas flame from medium to low flame while doing the preliminary cooking like roasting the spices or onions. This  way your spices will still crackle while your onions will not burn. You can increase the heat once some liquid is added.
     2.Food always tastes best when served freshly cooked. Specially so when it             cooked without oil.

 



            You can use either boneless chicken pieces or chicken on the bones.
