How to Make Banana Juice?

Banana juice is one of the simpler juices to make and is probably faster to prepare yourself than finding a grocery store that regularly carries it.

 

     Ingredients

·       3                 . 3. medium sized bananas

·       1                 1.tbsp.of honey

·       1                 .  1.5 cups of milk

·       1                 .  1. pinch of cinnamon (for f                                          favor, if desire)

How to make Banana Juice

1.    Wash the bananas

 


2.    Peel the bananas and cut into slices.



3.    Add banana chunks and honey in a blender jar




4.    Add milk



5.    Blend all ingredients together until smooth puree.



6.    Check the consistency, if you feel that its too thick, then add more milk to dilute it and blend it again for few seconds.

7.    Pour it into serving glasses ,garnish with a banana wheel and serve


 

 


Tips: Consume it immediately otherwise it taste changes and turns darker in color
