Pumpkin: 250 gram Tamarind: 1 small size Onion : 2 Curry Leaves Green chillies- 2 to 3
Garlic 3 to 4
Red dry chillies: 2
Coriander Powder- 1 Tsp Red chilli Powder- 2 Tsp
Coriander Powder-1Tsp Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp Salt to taste Water Tomatoe puree- 1 Nos tomatoe
Kasuri Methi-1Tbsp


Soak Tamarind in 1 cup water and keep aside for 10 min.

1.Heat a pressure cooker, add soaked Tamarind water ,Pumkin ,salt and Turmeric and add 1 cup water.

2.Cook for one whistle.

3.In another side heat a pan,add oil & chopped onion,curry leaves, garlic,green chillies, red dry chillies and saute until onions turn golden colour.

4.Reduce the gas flame add masala.

5.Red chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, turmeric powder and salt & saute untill the raw smells goes.

6.Then add Tomato puree and mix it well & add 2 cups water mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

7.Then to this add boiled pumpkin & mix it well.Add water if needed.

8.Close the lid & boil this curry for 4 to 5 minutes.

9.After 4 minutes add one Tsp Kasuri methi and
mix it.

10.Now our curry is ready ,turn off the flame.
