It taste great with Idli,dosa ,red rice ....

Raw Peanuts - 1cup
Cumin seeds - 1Tsp
Garlic- 3 to 4 cloves
Chana Dal - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1
Dry red chillies - 5 to 6
Tamarind- 1 small piece
Asafoetida- 1/4 Tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 Tsp
Urad dal- 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves - 6 to 7

1. Take a pan add peanuts and roast them in medium to low heat.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add  cumin seeds,garlic,chana dal,red chillies, onion and Tamarind and mix this all together and roast them in medium heat.

3.Once cool now take a Blender Jar and add Roasted peanuts &roasted spices,salt to taste and sufficient water & grind into fine paste.

4.For Tempering 

Heat oil in a pan and add Mustard seeds ,red chillies ,urad dal,Asafoetida  and curry leaves & roast this till urad dal is turn golden in colour.

5.Take a bowl add peanuts paste and add the tadka to the chutney & cover it,let it leave for a minute.

Peanuts chutney is ready.Serve this with Idli ,Dosa....🙂
